By joining this Private Membership Club, you are able to book EESystem service for yourself and your immediate family (Father/Mother/Spouse/Partner/Child). You can also enjoy being part of this like-minded, safe community by attending social event, talks, workshops/classes offered in the coming future.

The information you provided will be strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless permission granted.

One-off Application process:

Fill out application form and click ‘send application’.
Wait for email confirmation on approval of Membership in 2-3 working days.
Access to online booking will be given after Membership approval.

Membership Consent *

i, man/woman (& my guests, man/woman) willingly understand and agreed to the Liability Waiver Agreement; i, understand and accept that products and services offered by Energy Medicine N.Z. (or Carol Bird, a woman) and EESystem support the body, mind, and soul's natural ability to create wellness in my life. I understand that Energy Medicine N.Z.(or Carol Bird, a woman) and EESystem session facilitators do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional; I understand that energy healing, or any service provided by Energy Medicine N.Z. (or Carol Bird) Healing does not take the place of medical care; It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physiological or psychological ailment I may have; I understand that energy healing provided by Energy Medicine N.Z. (or Carol Bird)/EESystem session can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial; I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. Energy Medicine N.Z. (or Carol Bird)/ EESystem session is not liable for my medical, mental, or emotional conditions before, during, or following any service provided by Energy Medicine N.Z./ Carol Bird /EESystem sessions; i, take personal responsibility for my well-being and with respect for myself I gratefully accept control of my choices. My heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and I hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against, Energy Medicine N.Z. (or Carol Bird)/EESystem session, and/or any of their associates or affiliates. I take full responsibility and am responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in association with Energy Healing and/or any of their associates or affiliates; i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or place provided within the Membership (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement/contract, in the amount of NZ$100,000 plus NZ$10/minute the trespass continues; i, have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between the above noted man and woman (including my immediate family members listed in the Membership application) and myself when I join this private membership. I understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that I am signing this of my own free will and agree to the laws of this Membership. I am also signing on the behalf of my immediate family members listed (i.e. adults, man and woman) and I will make sure they fully understand, aware and accept the agreement content between me and Carol Bird, a woman.

Important

This service required joining Private Membership by free will of man and woman. When you applied for the membership, you accepted the laws of the Membership willingly. Energy Medicine NZ (or Carol Bird) has the right to accept or reject the application to the Membership, and to allow or reject any man and woman entering the property. If any inappropriate language or behavior exhibited at the healing premise/ property, or any inappropriate language or behavior exhibited towards the host or members in the community, the Membership can be terminated with immediate effect without consent from the other party.

Payment by online banking:

Payment for Membership is to be made before making any bookings. The banking details will be sent to you once your application is approved.

EES Sessions Booking will only be confirmed after receiving the payment. No Refund once the booking is confirmed but you can have a registered family member on your Membership to replace you. Booking cancellation will require 48 hours notice.
