When light body activation is accelerating and the body needs a full detox, one may experience Ascension symptoms like Ascension flu. In this period, one might just need to rest in bed and not each much of anything (Note: just like fasting, it is a cleansing process). The body is going through catabolic breakdown mode, so having to digest food and heavy food (with toxin) will take energy away from cell repair and regeneration.
During the Dark Night of the Soul, one might not understand where their fear, pain, addictive impulses are coming from. Much of which is being experienced now is being greatly amplified through hidden fear, buried Trauma, and emotional wounds from the past. Therefore, seek help or assistance in trained, trusted practitioner to assist you overcome and heal the fear and trauma.
Adopt spiritual practices daily and consistently by using cleansing and protection prayers/visualization/mediation. Affirmations. Chanting mantra. Toning. Even when things are intense and hard to deal with, keep trying. You will come out from the tunnel eventually. The more you accept and let this process guide you, the faster it goes. The more you are not resisting, the faster it goes.
The deepest fear, beliefs of limitation, old pain patterns will surface through events that trigger them to your awareness so you have to consciously face, acknowledge, resolve and heal them. In many cases, it can be manifested in relationships ending, careers change, major life events which could radically change your orientation and personal identity. Once you understand this is the ascension process, you have a context to work on, you’ll feel a greater sense of empowerment by co-creating the outcome. Learning to let go and accept are the common themes in the process.
